Choosing a treatment
What is the difference between gel polish and BIAB?+
Gel polish adds a colour layer. BIAB creates a shaped builder gel overlay on your own nails. We discuss your length and preferred finish before choosing.
Do you extend nails?+
The treatments listed here use your natural nail length. The BIAB overlay adds structure, without an extension.
Can I have nail art on short nails?+
Yes. Small dots, fine lines and contrasting tips can suit short nails. Tell us whether you want a few accents or a design on all ten nails.
What does the cosmetic pedicure include?+
Toenail shaping, gentle cuticle care, a light foot scrub and cream. You can add regular polish. This is cosmetic care, rather than treatment for foot problems.
Before your visit
How do I arrange a visit?+
Use the contact form to tell us your treatment and a few days that suit you. We agree the time and details with you. Sending the form alone does not confirm an appointment.
Can I come with product from another studio?+
Yes, but tell us before we agree a time. Mention the product if you know it. We may need to assess or remove it before a new treatment.
How much time should I allow?+
A classic manicure takes about 35–45 minutes, gel polish 50–60 minutes and a BIAB overlay 75–90 minutes. Removal or nail art needs extra time.
Do I need to choose a colour in advance?+
No. You can compare samples in the studio. Describe nail art in advance so we can plan enough time and confirm the price.
Price, care and changes
Is removal included in a new colour or overlay?+
Removal is a separate service. Tell us what you wear now so we can include any removal charge in the total we agree with you.
When should I return for BIAB maintenance?+
We discuss that based on your nail growth, length and the condition of the overlay. Tell us about any lifted edges when you contact us.
How do I change an appointment?+
Send a message through the contact form and mention the appointment date. Let us know as soon as your plans change so we can discuss another time.
Can I leave my nails bare after removal?+
Yes. A removal appointment finishes with bare nails filed into shape and cuticle oil. A fresh colour or overlay is a separate treatment.
Agree the price first
Prices include VAT. Nail art and removal are charged separately. We agree the full price before we begin.
