A tidy start for your handsA classic manicure is for you if you like your own nails without a gel layer. At Studio Lakwerk in Leiden, we begin by looking at your nail length and the shape you prefer. Short and rounded, softly square or somewhere in between: we choose a shape that fits your daily routine.What we doFile the free edge and even out the shape.Gently tidy the cuticle area.Finish with hand cream and cuticle oil.Apply regular polish if you want colour.Tell us at the start if you already have gel polish or another product on your nails. Removal needs extra time and is agreed separately. Regular polish dries in the air, so leave a little time after your visit before searching through a bag or pulling on tight gloves.Choose your finishYou can leave your nails bare or choose a soft pink, a warm neutral or a brighter shade. We confirm your choice and the price before starting. For your next visit, tell us whether you want the same shape or a little more length.
